Gather magazine has come at the right time as more of us are looking into being more eco conscious. The first issue was released on March 28th and will be a bi-monthly magazine.

RESULTS OF USING THE AMIRO R3 FACIAL DEVICE

I've now completed using the AMIRO R3 Facial Device for 30 days to help with toning my skin. The device is also great for helping smooth out any wrinkles and in my first post I explained about how the technology works. As a reminder the facial device  uses Radiofrequency and ionization to enhance penetration, resulting in a deeper, broader, more even and more efficient effect. 

I also shared an update on how the device works, what it feels like to use and my results after  the initial 2 weeks. As a reminder after 2 weeks I was already noticing that my skin was feeling more toned especially around the eye area and my cheeks.

The device is simple to use with three different setting modes and five different levels of intensity. For the first two weeks I used the facial device, every 2 days testing out the different modes. Then for a further 16 days, I've been using it every day using a different mode each day.  I've also been testing out the different levels, level 1 is a definite must for the first time using the device as level 5 is quite a strong intensity.  I also recommend using level 1 if using the device for the first time in awhile so that you can get use to the intensity again.

Using the device has definitely had a noticeable affect on my skin. I personally have noticed that around my eyes and my cheeks they feel more toned and less puffy. I've also noticed a slight difference in my jaw line. I've not noticed much difference on my forehead however I'm using the facial device for toning purposes rather than focusing on soothing any wrinkles.

AMIRO R3 FACIAL DEVICE UPDATE

Over the past two weeks I've been using the AMIRO R3 Facial Device. The aim of the device is to rejuvenate your skin using radiofrequency skin tightening. This  is ideal for women (and men) who are looking at toning their skin and smoothing wrinkles. My previous post explained about how the technology works along with what you should get in the limited-edition set. Today I'm sharing with you my experience of using the device and my results after two weeks. 

As a reminder the facial device has 3 mode settings for:

- Eye area for a lightening and brightening look

- Contour for a refined jaw line

- Full face for anti-aging 

The device is easy to use once you turn it on you have 3  different modes to choose from as well as level settings to choose from. It's reccomended to start at level 1 especially your first time using the device until you are use to how it feels.

Before use of the facial device make sure that you cleanse your skin so your skin is clean and fresh of make up and/or oil . Then you can choose which of the three modes to use.

REVIEW| PUFFIN RUSH

We love games in our household and when we heard about the game Puffin Rush, that was designed by a 9 year old we had to give it a go. Puffin Rush is a game created with Foul Play Games and is a fun game of chance and tactics for ages 5 +. The aim of the game is to race across the snow-covered Arctic to be the first to find a fish, and get it home to your burrow.

To begin the game you have to put down 36 cards in a 6 x 6 grid, this will be your playing area. You then pick your Puffin as well as a ice float platform. Each player picks a side to place their ice tile card connecting it to another tile. Each player then takes it in turns to do an action; moving their ice float or moving onto a tile. If the tile is faced down, you must flip it over before moving onto it. Along the way you will find many different animals.

2023 is a great year to be a Marvel fan with the new release of The Marvels, that hit cinemas on 10th November. There has also been the releases of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.3 earlier this year as well. 

The Marvels is definitely a film that us as family want to see. We love a Marvel film and can't wait to see this instalment in the franchise. We can't think of  a better way for us to introduce B into the Marvel universe than with these Simba Marvel Plush toys.

We have definitely noticed that the colder months are here and I've been excited to have the opportunity to try out a Simba Duvet. We were sent the Simba Hybrid Duvet which is a high tech 10.5 tog duvet that we received in a double. With Autumn in full swing, the change of weather has definitely been more noticeable. So what a better time to share my women's autumn jacket picks for 2023. We love spending time outdoors as a family and keeping warm and dry is a must this time of year. There are many different autumn jacket styles to choose from for the new season and so I'm sharing with you three different styles from Lands'end that are also available for plus size women.

 As a plus size women I personally can find it tricky to find jackets/coats that fit me well with space to wear a cosy jumper underneath. Then I came across Lands'end which I am happy to report fit comfortably without me needing to size up.

EDUCATIONAL GAMES FOR SEN SUPPORT | WITH ORCHARD TOYS

Did you know that just under 1.5 million pupils in England have special educational needs. 13% of children in primary education require SEN support, and the percentage of pupils with SEN is continuing to rise? What SEN children find challenging is vast. For some it’s literacy-based or numeracy-based activities, whilst others struggle with processing and remembering information. SEN pupils often find learning to spell words, telling the time, and solving maths problems much harder than those without SEN needs. 

All children deserve the right support at both school and at home with their learning. This is why we are fans of Orchard Toys as they have a wide range of educational games available for a wide range of ages and abilities. REVIEW | THE TRAITORS CARD GAME

I recently have heard of the reality show The Traitors which is on the BBC. It's something I have yet to watch but having heard about it and playing this game I'm tempted to. The show is where 22 strangers are moved into a castle in the Scottish Highlands to complete a series of challenges and missions together as a team. The catch, however, is that amongst the loyal contestants hoping to win a cash prize of up to £120,000, three traitors are secretly lurking, sabotaging their efforts and picking off contestants one by one. In the ultimate game of detection, backstabbing and trust, the loyalists must root out the traitors amongst their ranks in order to win or risk losing everything.

Anyway Ginger Fox have released a game based on the show so that you can have lots of fun playing with family and/or friends. This thrilling and suspenseful card game is great for those that love strategy, deception and a dose of healthy competition. The game is played best with 4-8 people so one that's best to get out when you have family or a bunch of friends over. Please note the game is suitable for 8 years and over.

The game is pretty simple to play.

If they get all four questions right than they get to pick an MTV logo piece to take. The winner is the first person to collect all four puzzle pieces to complete the logo.
